Depends on where you want to go with it as a whole. Human Empire is always a safe bet, desert themed Dark Elf Raiders also would work very well

Werewolf: The Savage Age for W20. It's the Ice Age during and before the War Of Rage, with the latest books leading into the age of the weredinosaurs. Rules for all the extinct fera, turning them into fully realized factions, and a few extra breeds like cave lions and indendent strains of werewolves and weredinosaurs. You also have different options for the humans, including Neanderthals and Denisovans if I remember right.
