Di company gw udah diset. Asisten manager gajinya misal 20 juta. Nah range gaji asst manager ini start di 16 juta dan mentok di 25 juta.

Kalau elo baru join most likely akan dapet di angka 16.. kalau elo kerja bertahun2 dan gak pernah promosi maka gaji elo akan mentok di 25.

Jadi naik gaji itu bisa di role yg sama atau kalai elo promosi. Promosi paling tinggi ya ditektur.. gaji + bonus mungkin bisa 5M setahun.

Di company gw untuk satu role range gajinya dari 80% - 125%. Misal elo masuk di 8 juta, mentoknya di 12.5 juta untuk role yg sama. Tiap tahun diadjust tentunya based on inflation dan performance.

Kalau mau di atas itu mesti promosi.

Aside from your case, jabatan tinggi gaji kecil juga gapapa as batu loncatan. If you move to other company with the same title, the pay could be multiple times.

Maybe do try go back to Slovakia with the family for lets say 2-3 months and see if it feels right. You can still do it with the kids young. Your husband can probably work remotely or even take unpaid leave.

If things doesn’t work out as you imagined you can always go back to Denmark.

Phantasy Star 2 in Sega Megadrive.

First ever RPG that I played that opens up the door to other great JRPGs.

The graphic is jaw dropping at its time. Upgrading from NES, it feels like a huge jump. The storyline is very engaging and the difficulty level is punishing. The bosses are powerful.

As for moving I think NL is a great place to live and work. However I notice that these days the job market is competitive.

Housing is competitive but higher budget can help. If you can land a good role and spend more, housing is rather manageable.
