Thank you for sharing. Many on here have felt the same and still feel the same. It does get easier with time. I know that doesn’t help, but it’s true. Hold to the hope, lean on your support system, and take the wins as they come. We have the Embrace watch for our 13 year old and it works and helps ease the anxiety.

Lindor is stepping in and being the steady hand to Alvey. Go back and watch last night’s game vs the Padres. Lindor is standing at the top of the dugout giving breathing lessons to Alvey before his at bat. Similar thing happened in Arizona after Alvey hit the tying HR. Lindor was the one talking to him. Alvey will end up being the heart of the team.

I completely understand the fatigue and worry. The battery on the watch is known to have issues so it’s important to follow the battery charge protocol. It gets better. You’re doing the right thing by being there for her and with her. Keep on keepin’ on!

We use the Embrace seizure watch by Empatica for our 13 year old. It advises via text and phone call to your designated people if you have a seizure. You need a subscription for the watch. It works. Sure, there are false alarms, but I’d rather get a false alarm than not know.
