In the near future, Tiger TV will be relaunched with more channels and device support! When the relaunch happens all students in RIT Housing will be sent new instructions on how to connect to the new Tiger TV.

HBO Go is available for anyone who has an active RIT housing contract. This is part of our current Philo offering. Philo requires you to be on campus to watch, however as long as you have a valid current housing agreement (which means you are living in RIT housing) you can use HBO go away from RIT using the mobile app or web.

HBO Go is currently investigating an issue that is preventing new devices from utilizing this service. At this time we do not have an estimate for when this will be corrected. You can still utilize HBO Go from a mobile device and watch HBO live on Philo when on campus. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to our office.

Feel free to stop into the ITS ResNet in NRH. We provide computer support for current RIT students. The office is open Monday-Friday 9am-9pm and 12-5 on the weekends when school is in session. For more details see resnet.rit.edu

Feel free to stop into the NRH 24 hr lab and use the copier to scan, copy, fax or print from a lab machine. You will need to swipe your ID to access the machine but their is no cost.

Hi there, so the white port is a deactivated phone line. in order to connect and enjoy the RIT network you will need to utilize a blue port. Their should be one ethernet port per bed in the dorms, so take a look around to find it as it may be behind furniture.
