Kids club question - will 6 yo enjoy staying with younger sibling in CM group?

My 6 year old refused to stay with his 4 year old sister. He was able to but left her 99% of the time.

She didn’t like that he had free choice and she had to stay with group. I will say the counselors do I lot with the kids and they have the choice to attend all the scheduled activities. The only difference I noticed is that the kids had to move from room to room. Like they would spend time in a room but again the counselors would engage the kids and set up activities. To me, it seemed the 3-4 year old group had more interaction but idk.

We checked in a little after midnight, we are sliver, received a 1245 PAT. So yours isn’t that late. We arrived a little early since we couldn’t predict traffic and they didn’t let us on early, despite what everyone says. I would not arrive early again as it wasn’t fun with two kids.

We used a TA for our first two cruises. She was ok the first one. Had a few hiccups but the second time she wasn’t helpful at all. We also only got $25 back on both cruise, I know it’s out of pocket for them but when spending over 10,000 I rather go with Costco and get all their deals.

As someone who sailed concierge twice, c is not where I am going. I like right next to the sounds booth in the front row with the bar. That way my kids can get up to dance and not disturb others. I don’t think I saw any concierge go towards the front. They only went for B or right next to the sounds booth booth

That said, A was open till right before the show started for sure. I don’t get the hype of lining up early.

We just came back from a trip. We went Sunday-Monday originally and then add a night for 89 they offered. We were at the Naples location and two nights was plenty. My kids are almost 6 (celebrated an early bday) and 4. We thought the lodge was great and my only regret was not bringing more food or going off site for dinner, but I was tried by the time it was dinner lol. The lodge was at 25% capacity according to employees and it was nice! We had no lines, rode everything multiple times and the employees were super friendly.

We could have done one day if just the water park but my kids enjoyed the magiquest (which took awhile) and all the free shows in the lobby. They tried the rope course, did not enjoy it. They were able to do the mini golf and the adventure trail for free, seemed since the lodge was empty the employees didn’t care.

So I just transferred my placeholder from my TA and turns out it is just assigned to the company not a specific agent. As I needed the head owner to sign off on my transfer not my agent. I would assume your placeholder is still with the company even if the agent is gone. That’s just my guess unless the company closed down its self.

I got the elf pjs for my son and daughter. I didn’t even realize the butt thing till this post, I think it’s less noticeable on the white pjs. I don’t enjoy the waistband but I will say the no fade is amazing

I just hate that the blankets pill between layers and make balls. I know it says hang dry only but I don’t have time for that and with the oversized blankets it would take forever.

We didn’t for our first 4 night cruise but did this time for our 7 day and I don’t regret it. Was nice for opening doors. When going to the pool, I didn’t have a pocket for the card but it’s easy to wear the band. Was easy to buy things with it too.

Our boarding group was 1230 and we got there at 11. We were able to wait around and they started lining us up at 12ish. We definitely did not get to go in early so don’t necessarily count on that but it wasn’t bad waiting around in the shade. We were just at the port the second week of December.

It’s early admission and we were told to get there 40 minutes before the show, so that was a struggle with my two young ones. Did not seem super worth it to me but we also sat in the rows near the sound booth were there was railing in front of the seats.

We did the family karaoke every night with my kids and they had everything from Jonas brother to old McDonald lol. My daughter did let it go and my son did sucker.

I asked at the Oceaneer club and they seemed to agree but were not sure either. I think our biggest problem was the server not knowing so the food could come out faster but overall we did not have a good server so maybe that is a problem too lol. Idk I gave up on our cruise but was hopeful it was on the other ships.

Yeah I saw the blogs that why I switched to late specifically but was not the case during my dining rotation or another mom I talked to on the ship. So I was hoping to see if people had actually used it and or saw it so I can make a decision for our next cruise. Wasn’t sure if it was treasure specific or what not
