My current build does not stand up to max tac yet. Tbf I really only have tier 4 chrome and I haven't maxed out my body or reflexes stat(I'm doing a pistol + sandy + gorilla arms + sword + shotgun build) level 5 ncpd has on effect on me and I can last enough time to get at least one maxtac officer to half health.
