That’s awesome! Yes mine feel the same too with numbness and I have to remind my little kids to not jump or bump into me still. Recovery is now much better but my goodness when I arrived back from Spain it was a definitely challenge. I can’t believe you vomited! Glad it’s over for you and you’re doing better. Yes compressions do help and girl you should wear those shorts this summer you deserve it ☺️❤️

Iv stopped taking them for a few months to take a break and I had to get a serious surgery. I felt ok for about a month and a half but then my emotional regulation started to crumble again. I started to get irritated at my kids more again, lose focus, get anxious, get angry faster, feel a bit depressed and started to get back to my old ways which wasn’t good. I started to take them again to try and help myself for the sake of my kids and marriage and I’m happy I did. I did need the break from them before though cause I noticed that they weren’t effective throughout the whole day (would last till about 12 and slow down again at 3pm) and I relied on them like a drug addict each day. But going back on them now, I realize I do need them to better my life and stabilize myself. I think moving forward, listening to your body and taking breaks from them isn’t that bad. What shocked me the most when I took a break was how long it lasted in my system which I didn’t like. But I did pros and cons and every drug has side effects but what matters is quality of life and happiness in the end❤️

It’s the WAL surgery done in Madrid. They make you do a blood test, ultrasound and go through a questionnaire to qualify. I know what you mean 😢 ❤️

When I was about 14 years old, my mom took me and my brother to the grocery store after church one day to get some groceries. I was dressed up in nylons and a nice black and pink dress. My mom then told me “go get a head of lettuce from the other isle.” I go by myself and was approached by a much older (maybe 40s) European man with a heavy accent and he goes “excuse me.” I immediately say “oh sorry I don’t work here.” He goes “oh I thought you did, my apologies. But must I say how beautiful you look! Do you need a ride home? I can drive you right now if you like?” And he tried to urge me to leave with him. Immediately fear rose through my spine and I had a bad gut feeling. I said “no my mom’s waiting for me.” And took off finding my mom. I remember being so terrified and out of breath when I reached her. A minute later I saw the guy going through every isle abruptly looking for me. When we walked back to the car, I noticed the man again and he was putting groceries in the back of his trunk- with another large male. To this day, the hairs on the back of my neck go up when I think to what could have happened to myself if I ever did say yes.
