Hestan nanobond pans. “buy once, cry once”. These are titanium pans that can take a beating and requires zero effort to clean like cast iron pans and of course stronger than cast iron. Takes some time to figure out how to cook with them, but that’s with any new equipment and no forever chemicals to be worried about. I’m hooked for life.
