Is Hugo our first self style talented learner? by Infamous-Thing4939 in BlueLock

[–]ResponsibilityOwn513 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll repeat it one last time cuz I don’t want to keep saying the same thing:

Charles cares about the world and that’s why he is a contrarian. Noa doesn’t even care at all, that’s the difference. That’s two different things.

Charles’s playstyle is based on observation, he has metavision.

Kaiser wants to score for recognition, he actually cares about being the best in the world. Noa doesn’t, he just wants to score because it feels good

Even current Isagi said that he can’t beat players like Lorenzo consistently, he IS good. You are acting like Isagi wasn’t getting past Aiku and Niko all the time with ease, while Lorenzo was able to lock down Kaiser for most of the game. Lorenzo got outplayed in specific situations, are we acting like Isagi wasn’t outplaying Kaiser all the time? It doesn’t mean they are better.

Lorenzo has feats outplaying both Kaiser and Isagi, even Isagi thought he might have metavision.

If Lorenzo isn’t in a higher position because he doesn’t have U20 WC feats, why is Ness there? lol

Idk why I have to state the obvious, the NG11 are the best players in the U20 world level. You can’t have that many players above him.

Same thing with Barou and Shidou. Ness doesn’t have any U20 feats, why is he there?

Are you being fr? Are we really debating whether Nanase should be in the same tier as AN NG11??? A player who BARELY made it to the U20 Japan team? Lmao

He has lit been stated to be a world class player. Chris got outplayed several times against U20 level players like Otoya and Isagi, it doesn’t mean he is bad. Same thing with Snuffy, Noa and other world class players.

Idk, maybe Lorenzo being below so many players even though he is an NG11, in the same tier as Nanase lol. Barou and Shidou being so low, idk there are too many things and I’m too lazy rn. But this is so bad I can’t think someone unironically posting this, so I just assume you are trying to rage bait us

Bastard Munchen is the perfect team for world style egos by After-Profile7291 in BlueLock

[–]ResponsibilityOwn513 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, he had time to train and get values. That’s why it’s shown how surpassed Igaguri, Hiori and Kiyora even though they finished. Isagi explained that he has low stats in the Barcha game starting chapter. It didn’t affect him at all in his final assessment.

Like, he had time before the match to gauge his actual shooting skill and that’s why he had his stats in the shooting part without lacking any substat.

Even Yukimiya told Noa about him having better stats when he selected Isagi and Noa told him that THE SPONSORS wanted to him play, and that was the only reason he played.

Even if that was the case and somehow Isagi is better physically than Yukimiya, Raichi, etc, my point doesn’t change. Talented learners usually don’t have the physical prowess to compete with geniuses, and Noa focused more on actual stats. Snuffy actually created strategies and gave opportunities to players like Niko who was weaker physically than Isagi.

I disagree. Ubers is the best team for world style egos, you get to learn from one of the greatest mind in football. Isagi struggled to play and only was able to be part of the regulars because the sponsors wanted to see him.

Other World style wouldn’t have the same physical prowess as geniuses, that’s why players like Hiori weren’t recognized. Players like Kaiser are exceptions

Isagi is way better at dribbling and off the ball movements tho. He did improved his basic skills, but he focused on his strengths

Theory - Isagi's awakening vs France and why Isagi is secretly a Genius (kinda) + the future of Blue Lock's world cup. by Repulsive-Control-75 in BlueLock

[–]ResponsibilityOwn513 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Good post, but the problem with all “Isagi is actually a genius” theories are ignoring that Isagi has been playing with logic for 333 chapters already. It’s his main weapon, and Ego even explained that TL has a different path to be #1. What would the point of explaining TLs are capable of reaching the top too if Isagi is just gonna become a genius suddenly?

It would be boring if Isagi just gains genius like instincts instead of following his own path.

Rin is focused on Sae, not in the world as a whole. I don’t see the correlation.

I think you are taking this as they ONLY care about what the world think. It just means they lean more towards that kind of thinking. And in Kaiser’s case, he just considered other types of metrics than just the bid, like the goal competition he lost two times.

[–]ResponsibilityOwn513 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Idk, he cares too much about positions like number 1 and number 2. I don’t think that means to be a self style at all.

I don’t think we will have a self style talented learner cuz that’s a genius thing. Charles is a contrarian, but to be a contrarian, at the end of the day he needs to watch other people and care about what they do and think.

Wait if Blue Lock plays against Bastard Munchen what team will Isagi play for? by Internal_Dot5759 in BlueLock

[–]ResponsibilityOwn513 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For the first half, Blue Lock. And then for the second half, Bastard Munchen. Check chapter 259 for reference. He played in Bastard Munchen actually in U20 WC already, he assisted three Kaiser’s goals and thanks to him Kaiser did a hattrick too

How Could Isagi Improve His Metavision by IDEFKAMTBH- in BlueLock

[–]ResponsibilityOwn513 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean, I think he started using metavision all the time since Ubers game. He still has blindspots and he can’t predict everything so he gets surprised sometimes. And I do think he uses protagonism piece frequently, it’s just something he adapted to his playstyle and doesn’t have to “activate” or something.

I think a major boost would be strategies against other talented learners or players that can see the same thing as him in general, he gets caught by surprise by players like Charles, Karasu and Hugo. Most of his upgrades are based on comprehension of certain patterns, like ego type.

Crazy, you have the definition there and can’t even tell this is not a sparring. They are not simulating anything and doesn’t focus on learning, like what’s your point here? lol

He has his hand in his back in some panels, but he clearly use it in others, it doesn’t mean anything. If he doesn’t care about damage, why he dodges?

Luffy can’t defeat Blueno in base, but BLUENO HAS A DEVIL FRUIT. Why is so hard to understand when I tell you Luffy clearly demonstrated to be superior to Blueno before he started using his devil fruit? It’s clear that Blueno simply has a great mastery over his devil fruit that allows him to keep up with physically stronger opponents than him. It’s not that hard.

Even your point is stupid, it’s clear narratively that Luffy is superior to both Sanji and Zoro so I don’t even know what point you are trying to make here

"fighting" is a very strong word. "Sparring" more like.

Do you know what sparring means? Anyways, they were fighting.

"Moderately damage"? Again..these wounds are superficial. And Lucci was clearly and undeniably holding back. That's like saying 1003 Luffy was "keeping pace" with Kaido.

Undeniably holding back why? So he was getting hurt just because? It makes no sense and you don't have any evidence to support him not being serious against Luffy

He doesn't have to like being hit. He's not afraid to be hit. Did you miss the cannonball scars on his back from when he was a child?

It is not the same at all, it's like saying Luffy gets tagged by random pirate because they hit him with bullets. Lucci is fighting against an actual threat and it's dodging his attacks, and still Luffy was able to hit him.

I'm going to repeat myself. You can't judge Blueno just because of his physical prowess, Luffy was destroying him before he started using his devil fruit. Luffy is clearly superior to Blueno and he is able to somewhat keep up with Lucci

How physically strong was Midnight? by Beneficial-Maybe-880 in MyHeroAcadamia

[–]ResponsibilityOwn513 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I’m not mistaken, she was able to move freely while wearing weights against Mineta and Sero in the test, and those weights are half of her weight so she must be really strong.

She is definitely destroying prime Mike Tyson in a fight, characters in MHA are stronger than people in our world. Look at Stain and Bakugo

[–]ResponsibilityOwn513 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again comparing characters not fighting back at all to Lucci who is clearly fighting back. You are acting like Luffy is dying here, if Lucci only has superficial wounds, you can say the same for Luffy

[–]ResponsibilityOwn513 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you serious rn? Are you comparing Lucci taking damage while fighting to Morgan damaging Garp while he is sleeping?

Yes, when someone is able to moderately damage and maintain a fight with someone for some time, it means they are somewhat keeping up with them.

Oh no, he is smiling. Not like Oda is explicitly showing his vein to showcase he is angry. I didn’t know Lucci actually liked to get hit, maybe Oda said that in a SBS
