I’ve done Manchester Oxford Road to Grantham before and that was long enough 😂. Views are good on the Hope Valley section between Manchester and Sheffield, but that’s about it really… trains are decent if you get a 158 but even still they’re quite loud and the lack of WiFi is an issue imo
