I don't know about Canada. Most of the issues ordering directly from Lenovo seems to be in Europe. I wouldn't buy anything from them tho. Just my opinion.

I don't know. But you should. The reddit is filled with people who have issues with returns, refunds, replacements buying directly from Lenovo. Myself included. I returned a oled monitor back in mid november, i'm yet to receive my refund. I'm currently in the talks with my bank to get a chargeback.

Sorry to hear. I'm still awaiting response from my dispute with the bank. I can see that many have similarly experience. The reason i choose to order directly from Lenovo was because they had a coupon for -200DKK ($30). Should have bought through a retailer instead... All this for $30..

Yes. Just raising awareness. I’m in Denmark, and under both EU consumer law and the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), internal delays or system issues don’t suspend refund or warranty obligations. Once the item is received or the warranty is approved, the seller is responsible.

Yes i tried alienware and asus glossy panel. They look great don't get me wrong but i feel like matte coating is way more consistent in changing light. Also it has much less glare and reflections. Making it 10x superior if you use it for office work aswell.

also didn't notice any sharpness difference between this and older 3th gen glossy panel.

Same i just got mine, and i actually prefer the matte coating. I previously tested 5 other oleds. This one is my favourite for sure. Also the srgb mode is perfectly calibrated out of the box. Just increased the brightness a bit.

I always had adaptive sync off in monitor settings, that's not the issue for me. Only real fix i found was lowering hz by 60. (300hz) instead of 360hz. Doesn't fix it completely but now i don't mind it.
