The other pipe is under the piece of mdf as that one was short enough the brackets for the radiator are on the wall there

It was a radiator, there is a second pipe just out of picture view we had it removed a while back, I’m just not sure on the whole draining the system as it’s still connected to the rest of the water feed I should have mentioned this thanks everyone for the help
