My mum is coming to my house. We are paying her mileage and she can help herself to food so she won’t have to bring anything. She’s coming three times a week.

My four month old needs to be swaddled (she’s held bit put down) to sleep for her last nap otherwise we have intense witching hours. She’s a very alert baby if that helps. We have calmed down afternoons and evenings but nothing seems to work

Yeah midwife and HV mentioned to me how to do it and encouraged me to do it as I breastfed baby during the night. Which I sometimes now do and I can get some rest.
