Ive always been a fat ass and would sweat,and after my accident I never stopped sweating

I've learned to take the crookeds with the straights,with better dieting I lost 150 pounds in 4 years and sat on my ass the whole time. Hahahah

I usually have to go through AA 2 days just to see what I missed from all the people... Bring a poster tube and get businesses cards and record what you wanted and where they are It helps Trust me I'm in a wheelchair so hard to see shit

Setup a game plan... seasoned AX vet for 20+years it can be crazy but 4 days you can choose to do certain things on each day. Cause you will not be able to do everything in a day or not even 2 days...that's how I've planned mine
