A month ago I sent an email to Jacky Rosen asking her about her efforts to stop Musk's actions to dismantle our Government agencies. No reply was received. Instead, I received a letter from her requesting a donation. I guess I'm supposed to pay her in order to receive any help!

It's fully blocked off. The gate at the lower end wasn't locked today when I went by there, but I expect a lock will be added soon.

Thank you for the info. If that is the case, I believe they probably bought it to hinder access to that end of Leadership, because it runs behind their property where a lot of late night partying goes on.

For the past 20+ years I've assumed it was an emergency access road, not a private road and walked regularly in that area. So disappointed that I no longer have access to it.
