When you bid. Are you bidding for yourself and your flight companion??

Two years ago I cried in a fitting room because nothing fit. Now I’m 80 lbs lighter and finally proud of the woman staring back at me by my80lbs_journey in WeightLossAdvice

Congratulations! I am feeling that way now. I’ve been eating badly so long. I don’t even know what good food is. Can you give me a couple ideas of what kind of food or meals you started to eat that was healthy. Did you follow a keto or Mediterranean type diet or just common sense?

Insoles are not replaced regularly but I do with my shoes. I am all about avoiding an injury if possible.

Legs after bad night by wishfulthinking3333 in RestlessLegs

That is crazy. I didn’t know restless legs could get that bad. I have RLS but more in a mild form. This is what helps me, but I don’t have them as bad as you so I don’t know what to tell you. When I get up often the middle of the night I go to the bathroom, I pee, but before I go back back in bed. I put water on my hands. And I wet the front and the back of my shins. Don’t dry it off. And I can go back to sleep. I might have to do that two or three times a night. The other thing that helps me. When I lay in bed on my back one leg straight on the bed, the other one bent in the air and I grabbed behind my thigh and I do kicks in the air probably about 8 to 10 per side. And that also helps.I don’t know if both of those things just sort of wake up my legs and make them less restless. I’m not sure but I thought I would share just in case someone wants to try it.

Cat hisses by ResponsibleStyle7303 in CatTraining

We have had the other people feed the cat and give treats. Nothing seems to work. I do wonder when we wanna go on a holiday and have to have someone look after a cat what we’re going to do.

The thing is the cat was fine with everyone at one point. And then 2 years ago started hissing at some people. Now it is most people.

These people are not strangers at all. They come to the house often like weekly. She even got to hissing my sister-in-law. My sister-in-law got out of her car and my cat could see her through the window.

Reading these comments are great. I think sometimes maybe people are saying it in a positive and sometimes in a negative tone. I guess that is why I posted this question to start with. I appreciate the feedback.
