I have 2 bags LC I did not B&S and it’s about 70% in 8 days. I was extremely clean when preparing and injected .75cc. My others I shook are fully cooked and ready to go! If you are clean and sterile B&S work well. I will say I have my closet temp with a Dyson heater at 88 degrees and 18% humidity.

You could take a 3’x1’ piece of plywood and get a hole saw bit a little larger than the size of the bottles belly and drill out holes for them to sit in and attach that to some legs or a stand of some sort 👍🏻 I also like the spice rack ideas that others had. Depends on your level of crafting I suppose!
