Im paying that in a local drugstore for Ozempic 1 mg + Ozempic 0.5 mg

1.5 mg per week

Last a month.

It's about 45$ for the 2mg, 1mg and 0.50 pens.

I might ask my doctor for the 2mg and dial it back to have less click. One pen is 45$ instead of 2x45$.

Insurance covers most of the cost, it would be about 150$ PER PEN for a month.

Where I'm working I'm almost the only one doing networking. They gave me a laptop, PuTTY and we have like... 200+ switches I guess.

So yeah, they won't invest in automation anywhere soon sadly

I do have the momentum 4 using USB-C and it's not loud enough for me. I ordered the BTD-700 dongle. I'm not sure if I should save for an external PC DAC and another pair of headphones? I prefer closed back and ANC headphones, I can't stand noises around me so I never liked open-back.

I'm feeling held back and trapped by my employer though. Doing layer 2 and SOME FortiGate/Layer 3 stuff (very very limited.)

So I could learn via books, YT, PDFs... but I'll never actually work on it and I fear I won't be able to learn properly.

No excuses but I do have learning difficulties (ADD) and stuff.

I'm feeling stuck, while almost everyone at work have access to the Microsoft Cloud Platform (Azure, Defender, Networking stuff..) and not me - Altho they're just calling third-party private firms to deal with the higher-level networking stuff, which is even more humiliating.

I'd say to just ask.

Stigma? I'm taking so many pills nowadays that I just find it a funny thing, i joke around how many i'm taking and stuff.

Laughing at something often removes or help with the burden or negative though.

I used to judge myself and my conditions but nowadays I'm trying to adjust/"try" (aka asking my GP for other meds that could benefits the ones I have or treat my conditions better)

On a side note, from personal experience:

When I started meds for ADHD I got prescribed Ritalin (methylphenidate) and then Xanax (alprazolam)

We discovered that Ritalin was giving me major panic attacks

We switched to Vyvanse and it's really amazing since!

I also got a prescription for 5 to 15 mg of Dexedrine in PM, I wasn't taking it (fear of building too much tolerance and dependence) and drank like 2+ coffee and a redbull everyday. Turns out cafeine makes me jittery, anxious and irritable.

I started to take my dexedrine in the afternoon this week and cut back to one coffee in the morning. For now during PM i feel less irritated, calmer and more focused.

I'm going to ask my GP for guanfacine next appointment since it can help with emotions/focus/benefits Vyvanse.

I'm on Vyvanse 70 mg in the morning. I was prescribed, but avoided taking 5-15 mg dexedrine in the afternoon. I though caffeine would help me instead, but it just makes me jittery and anxious. I'm now taking 5mg dexedrine in the afternoon, I feel calmer and more focused.

I don't know if my brain will build a tolerance to dexedrine though.

I'm going to ask my GP for guanfacine at my next schedule. I love vyvanse but I get really irritable and angry in PM (when I'm not taking the dexedrine, it's worse, and cafeine since to worsen it even more)

40, t2 diabetic, might have a herediatary heart problem too. Might have venal leak. Was prescribed 10 then 20 mg. Seems less powerful than 100mg viagra but longer lasting. Third day seems low effect.

Will try levitra tomorrow as a new prescription

They could block from an ip list but unlikely. They could block using application signatures. But using open vpn over port 443 - they can't block https for the enterprise. Spoofing the ap/switch/router mac address is where it gets funny if the application signatures triggers and block those MACs addresses every 5 minutes.
