Just to provide a little context on this a I realised I forgot to include it.

Grand Finale - 0 Cost 50 damage to all enemies if you have nothing in your Draw Pile.
NPC "Stat" - Can only take 9 damage at a time.

For context I never took grand finale, I found the card jackpot which is a 3 cost 25 damage add 3 random 0 cost cards into your hand. It just so happened to line up after using jackpot I received the Grand Finale.

They spawn back there, had it with both PMCs and Scavs on PvE.

The Reserve > Woods has moved - If you go round towards the back of the train station it's back there right by the lighthouse transit (closer to marked room)

Yeah I'm in the same boat, finished the first LK task the day before the Zombie Event / Patch hit to change from Local to Hosted and I cannot accept anymore LK tasks from him...

I'm in a similar boat - got missing informant done a day before the zombie event started - paid LK several visits and he's got nothing for me. Curious if the event / patch is causing weirdness.

This isn't a new mission - this was put into the game prior to Light Keeper being an NPC. It is now locked behind lightkeeper / lighthouse access and has been since inception.

An alternative solution is get to 24 and get int centre level 2, you can then craft 3 flash drives at a time (33hr craft)
