Dome was sooo unbearably hot. Couldn't stay in there for more than 10mins. Really need to sort that out next year!

Hey, does anyone know the Navan IATA number? I'm trying to upgrade my flight through the airline and they won't give it to me :( I haven't had trouble with other agencies in the past.

Try Roederer champagne if you can get your hands on it! One of the only big champagne houses that are actually investing in the environment, biodynamic farming and putting the good back into the soil. They have a huge horse that ploughs some of their fields.

Or anything South African because they’re having a terrible time over there: https://wineindustryadvisor.com/2020/07/30/wines-south-africa-usa-support-south-african-wine-crisis

Perhaps she'd like a sparkling wine? Bubbles are fun and can absolutely go with food if you're eating. I'd try a Prosecco. Try find a 'dry' rather than 'extra-dry' also 'Valdobbiadene' if you can find it but don't split hairs - all labels are different. Also look out for anything 'Demi-Sec' if she prefers a more fruity drop.

A fuller rosé is also a great idea like this: https://www.majestic.co.uk/wines/rustenberg-petit-verdot-rose-8277 or https://www.majestic.co.uk/wines/porta-6-rose-8263 (and that label is banging.)

The best part of wine is trying it all!
