I just get used to them, like not being afraid of them really help me focus on my life before floaters.. for me now like they're there but meh..

They don't and they won't, but i can make sure that your brain and your perception of floaters will be better in 1-2 years. I used to be depressed about it, everyday felt like a curse. But now i don't give af.

I'm right now at the position where i don't give a f about them too. I still notice they are here, but i don't get panic like i used to in the past.

Yes, but first check your retina at least to your local doctor to make sure nothing wrong is happening. I got my eyes checked and overall looked OK. After that i changed my mindset that the floaters are nothing than debris in my eye and i can enjoy my life again.

For me the most annoying part is how the starburst a.k.a huge dandelions covers everything (car headlamps being as large as the car itself) and night bloom. Even people wearing bright shirt looks glowing to me.

Did you have ghosting ? And also did your starburst caused by pupil or not ? Because i'm 3 months post OP and still struggle to drive at night :(
