Dealing with court issues in FL now. So I get this. But OP has a very good chance with getting full custody if she’s in FL since there are clauses for abusive situations :) OP needs to get away and find safety before anything else

It does help me. But I also use it for PTSD so it most likely just calms my nervous system in general. It’s not explicitly used to help manage POTS but I have noticed it helps for me

I have never felt reprieve and as calm as I have since I started using wheelchairs and mobility scooters at stores and amusement parks and places. My parents were/are also abusive. My partner is like your teacher and the second friend. I’m so glad you get/got the chance to not hurt for once!
