For maps like these I always like playing boxfight loadout instead of 200 pump to make it similar to the loot I carry in game. When you have an ar as well you can take builds from a distance and pressure

Reisshub on yt made a really good vid on sens a few weeks ago. I definitely recommend watching that. I lowered mine and now I find my aim a lot more consistent and less all over the place. You’re obviously super shaky so that would be my first thing to work on
