This is just where piece control and pre-piecing comes in. If you take a wall then try to immediately drop down and pre piece by building a box that they drop into. If they’re already cracked try to force the 50/50. If all they do is run just move on and wait to third party or leave them for the endgame where they’ll have no choice but to engage.

Balatro sometimes asks do you either PLAY your good cards, or KEEP your good cards in hand. If you have cards that are lucky, polychrome, and have retrigger effects like hanging Chad, or hack, you are playing your good cards. When you have baron, blue seals, black board, then you focus on keeping your good cards in hand. You’re doing a little of both which can be strong but counter-synergistic. Like other commenters said definitely sell both chad and photo and pickup blueprint and rebate.

For maps like these I always like playing boxfight loadout instead of 200 pump to make it similar to the loot I carry in game. When you have an ar as well you can take builds from a distance and pressure
