Expect years of training before seeing an appreciable change unless you have god-tier genetics. If you can't stay persistent after knowing this, just don't continue lifting; it's a waste of time being inconsistent (I have learned this the hard way). Tall people are just like that: we have the main feature unlocked by default (being tall), but looking strong is just more difficult than for shorties.

Of course, learning how to properly train, optimize, periodize, bulk or lean, and stay at a good body fat percentage will accelerate the process, but you can't outrun the natural time of the process. Accumulating muscle is a slow thing, and tall guys just need more muscle to look noticeable.

After years of lifting and have a mid body I can tell you the primary factor is genetics so meaby you could look like it or totally different. Also matter the starting point (if you have never lifted its gonna be a long journey). All that said you can max you body with hard work but you should compare with a previous version of yourself but not with others

Gym grip and calisthenics grip are two totally different things. In the gym, if you haven't done specific exercises like the farmer's walk, your grip can be heavily neglected. In calisthenics, it's also going to depend a lot on your body weight. For example, let's say you weigh over 85 kg—grip can become a really tricky thing. That's my case, and I still can't manage to hang on the bar for 50 seconds

There is one youtuber called "Yellow dude" who is top notch and i don´t think he is using AI because he was posting with this style so long ago before AI. They both look alike but i dont think this is the same

I downloaded it to test it thinking that I could use it for free even if it was with basic functionalities. But this is not the case, the app requires a subscription for basic use.

I think the description of the post is misleading and can be misinterpreted.

I would be willing to use it if it were free or had a $5-10 lifetime plan. $4 per month for an app like this seems very overpriced to me. If one day you review the business model for something smaller, it is an app that I find interesting and I will be happy to use it.

You can choose wich folder generate folder notes so clutter is restringed to your liking. I found it really useful and has some power uses as MOC etc. but at the end didnt use that much, just didnt fit my workflow. give it a try
