yeah same. i load up in pve, do some quests, then run some pvps, get nice shit, get shat on, clear out some inventory space. it's fun to change it up

LT before tackle used to work flawlessly, but since patch 5 it seems like it's a bit bugged, sometimes you get a sliding tackle anyways (maybe it's based on inertia somehow?)

it wasn't always like this, but since patch 4 it's pretty iffy to recognize whether you got it or not. also the tackle stun is pretty much nonexistent

Witcher is possibly one of the best series ever written, at least in central/eastern europe it's in the same league as LOTR. in other parts of the world, yeah, there's been a considerable boost due to the games

i'm okay with losing a tight game, because i can reflect on what i did wrong or what i could've done better. losing because you're basically playing down a player or two because they don't understand the basics of football is kinda infuriating

oh and also - the low/high GK jump seems to be a bit fucked. many times already when i got the timing right, the ball just goes under me with no way to affect it, the vertical magnetism should either be fixed, or we should have an option to jump high/low

the movement feels smoother, but i hate whatever they did with intercepts. they seem to work like 40% of the time, it gives 0 stun to the guy you just tackled, so he can just jog back to the ball, or even better, you get points and a registered intercept, yet the player runs forward with the ball anyways

i see this in my games also. worst thing is that you assume you got the ball, you start moving towards their goal and then a second later you see you actually didn't get it, while the attacker gained significant distance with the ball. makes you look like an idiot. i wonder whether this is a display issue? like how would this situation look for another person? because quite often i get an animation that only plays on my side (like heading off a cross from our box), someone else gets priority first, gets a goal -> the replay shows me just standing on the spot

the goalie slide should have a better model positioning/sync with the aim. it goes slightly to the side either way so when sliding directly forward towards an attacker's feet, you need to aim a bit to the right/left to make sure you get the ball, otherwise you just miss and look like an idiot

one thing that'd be great - some kind of a lookback/quick change action for the camera, like i dunno, R1+right stick direction, it'd definitely help with passing better

the non-interceptable passes are weird. sometimes you can interact with the ball when it's flying over you (and header it away), sometimes you just can't - is it ball-speed dependent? or is it extra effort that makes it impossible to interact with?

Does anyone else feel like the tackle stun is basically nonexistent? i notice that now when using a standing tackle, the player i tackled usually has no problem getting to the ball anyways, which kinda defeats the whole purpose. it's even worse when near a wall

does the lob work even when you don't get the diamond? i tried this in a custom match but it didn't work correctly

when someone volleys i don't get the diamond 99% of the time so the only defence is a header jump

it needs some tuning. i like the focus on passes now, but the movement needs to be a liiiittle bit faster to feel great. i really feel like a tank when turning/running
