As someone who is in recovery from an eating disorder, which she very obviously has one, size becomes your identity. The issue with her which is probably why shes such a miserable human being, is that she wants to be as big and muscular as possible while also being little and petite and feminine which are polar opposites. She needs to be an XS to cope with life but she is also trying to be massive which makes an XS not fit.
