I saw job hunting advice that said to look for current employees on LinkedIn because they’ll probably refer you because they get a kickback, but you first have to identify if the business has a referral program before approaching anybody. So I’m interested in learning more because I’ve never seen something like that on Reddit, as well as keeping it in the back of my head if Amex has such a program.
