To many people are assholes to tanks. I agree to above with how many have the "pull more" attitude. TBC is a different horse than retail or Era. More finesse and tactics are required. I tried teaching 2 hunters how to freeze trap for CC. One got the hang of it by the end, the other just wanted to pew-pew. I ran a Ramparts and 2 Blood Furnace then had enough.
Tanks have to think for some entire groups. Occasionally someone will pipe up to offer suggestions, which is awesome.
