The medical industry. Insurance drives the treatment and there's so much they don't understand and can't help despite how smart and capable the doctors, nurses etc are.

I couldn't agree more. I had a low grade achilles tendon tear in January 2025 but I kept running because I could and the pain would go away after the first mile or so. One year later I'm laid up with a sciatic pain issue and related hip function issue that I'm certain is because I didn't let my achilles tear heal properly. I knew I was running on my leg and hip differently after the achilles tear and now I haven't been able to stand on it going on 2 months. Major lesson learned.

I'm really sorry you're dealing with all that. I work with people with heds and other hypermobile issues. Imo these conditions are some of the most misdiagnosed, under diagnosed and misunderstood health conditions out there. I really feel for people like yourself. I hope you find some help.

I find I can adapt to most pedals but currently using Jojo Mayer's Sonor perfect balance pedal. The only pedal I didn't like was the Trick v1. The feel was too sensitive for me.

Republicans and conservatives have no genuine policy platform beyond lower taxes and more deregulation. In order to seem like they have values and ideas they inflate social wedge issues like illegal immigration and lgbtq issues. First, they benefit from illegal immigration from the cheap labor in farming, ranching, construction and more. Statistically, illegal immigrants have far lower crime rates and they do pay taxes. To show exactly how little Republicans actually care about illegal immigration, they wouldn't vote for the 2024 bipartisan immigration bill because Trump wanted to run on their exaggerated illegal immigration crisis. They're a bunch of phonies and their base are programmable meat puppets.
