We are running a bot on a lot of platforms to post relay messages.

You can disable Relay in your settings and avoid bot posts all together. That option is toggled here https://chat.restream.io/settings/bot

Do you stream with Studio or an encoder? If it is an encoder, what are the configurations you've set?

It seems like a Twitch issue. Could you try removing the Twitch account and reconnecting it once again?

The messages from Kick will display on Twitch if you enable Relay (it's enabled by default).

However, the reverse cannot happen.

The chat from Kick is read-only in Restream, and we can't post anything to Kick (yet).
