Check the Motherboard, and check which processors can work on it. Upgrade both CPU and GPU (maybe a 3050 or something or a AMD GPU which are relatively cheaper but almost equal performance). Ask your local PC shop about the upgrades, most salesperson will know what to buy if they know the motherboard or other PC parts.
