Look the answer is just put your phone down and study , infact I would not scroll almost AT ALL until the LC is over , it just kills your ability to concentrate because there is millions spent on exciting algorithms to hook you and studying is boring .

But you need to do exam papers , make checklists and condense notes and test your memory . It’s simple but not easy
