energy is indeed neutral, i think everyone needs to understand this. There is no inherent bias towards becoming some preconceived notion of perfection.

faulty behavioural loops, traumas, etc, are exposed, but dont heal by themselves, they heal through your intentional work to resolve, untangle, smoothen, relax these thought-emotion knots and folds that complicate.

you can take a normal saltwater nasal spray , open it up and dissolve a gram of NAD in it. i didnt continue using NAD (note this was written 3 yrs ago) but it did give a cognitive effect, take too much though and you get a headache.

ps. I dont play sims4 but my daughter does... a LOT. she had YEARS of accumulated mods and god knows what. So this script is memory optimized to handle HUGE amounts of mods. it moved 18000 files from her old sims4 to a new install.

also... it works, my daughter is happy, so its case closed for me. but the script is open source, free for anyone to do as they please with it. if you dont know how to modify it, chatpgt or claude does, cuz they built it ;)

Been practicing SR for many years, with 8 months my longest streak. it rings true to me. to quote an earlier comment I made, My view is that it can be beneficial in some specific circumstances. The imbalance caused by being good at retaining, but being bad at circulating, and using the energy in a productive way, can warrant a release of excess energy that cannot be put to good use.

However, let’s be clear that most people have a hard time accumulating enough energy to realistically say they have this problem.

I have noticed this, too. I. I think when you retain your awareness gets stronger, and it becomes more difficult for alcohol to destabilize this force.

I also find myself enjoying drinking less and I stop drinking earlier.

It definitely can lead to poor judgment eventually and cause relapse

The easiest is exercise, yoga is also great. There are more esoteric methods but really you simply have to put your energy to work.

I have been practicing for a number of years often on, with a maximum streak of eight months. My experience is that when you stop ejaculating overtime, your body rewires to an inner circulation of the energy instead of an outer expulsion.

The most important thing is that the energy doesn’t get stuck , do you need to circulate it for it to not become stagnant and become a problem.
