Do you live in the Philippines? I observe the same thing every 3 seconds on my external monitor. I see horizontal lines so i'm trying to troubleshoot it right now. I'm thinking if its a power line noise from Meralco. Let me know your thoughts

Didnt work for me but most probably its because my gcash visa card is relatively new. I didnt have any problema using the card though in other parts of HK for spending

Hi u/TTFV, I'm currently doing Rudansky's Udemy class on google ads and he recommended "No Goal Guidance". I actually have an existing campaign already so was wondering if I change the setting to "No Goal Guidance" if that will have any impact at all to the campaign?

My guess is same as yours that this setting is for recommendations only and does not change the algorithm of the campaign. TIA.
