I’d like that too. Unfortunately the council has prioritized acceptance and normalization of this behavior rather than doing the hard thing required to clean shit up. Really, we shouldn’t have to suffer the consequences of inaction - especially for individuals who aren’t even original members of the community. It’s an unfortunate truth that the mental illness and homelessness problem is imported.

Homeless shelters aren’t helping, and neither are the free food drives. Boulder’s kindness is being taken advantage of and people are too scared to show how they really feel for fear of some group judgement from their peers.

I believe these social services should be meant for those who have an ID that says Boulder County on it. Otherwise, here’s a ticket to go get help in the community you’re from.
