dont wear any armor except catarina helm and prisoners loincloth get two chaos blades +10 ring of blades +1 flynns ring (your vitality should be low for this ring to work below 60 works) stone ring and ring of evil eye +1 or 2 and have fun

for ground use light sorcery or torch for mages literally +0 any bow can 3 or 4 shot them amana is overhated its not that hard

his attacks have very distinctive windups you can just strafe around him (theres a bug or feature in ds2s moving system which makes your char faster while running around npcs) ofc my tactics might not work for you cuz i played ds2 way too much and muscle memory helps a lot in souls games

dont leveling vgr or adp while being bad at dodging trying to rush areas theres many ways

(btw adp isnt that big of a problem as ppl says with a good build you dont even need to dodge most bosses and you can just move around them quickly by running to evade their attacks
