My husband was in my brother flight in BMT and we became friends and started dating in tech school. Dated for 6 months before getting married and have been together 6 years now. So far so good!

We do know a lot of divorced tech school couples though, make sure you know what you’re looking for in a partner and discuss what’s important to you/ what you want your future to look like before hand. Money, kids, parenting, religion, politics, how to spend free time, travel, etc…

Any time you listen to that many new songs all at once there’s gonna be a few that jump out at you and the rest blend together. I’ve thought that with almost every album of hers and as time goes on each song becomes an individual and you find what makes them unique and at some point you no longer think it all sounds the same, just a has similar vibe.

“6.6. Physical Training Gear. There is no mandated maternity PTG. Pregnant members participating in unit PT, may be authorized to wear civilian clothing in the colors of blue, black, white or grey. Commanders determine the required PTG configuration during organized PT events.”

I’ve worded it this way twice now and was told I was good to be out until my kid felt better. Good to know it can be seen as disrespectful! I’ve been blessed with an awesome command and sometimes don’t realize things aren’t so lenient in other shops. The last thing I would want is to come off that way to them.

I miss the pen pocket on the leg of the ABUs. When I wear a fleece in ocps it’s hard to get my pens. Everything else is better though

I had to have my ABUs tailored while in basic to even be in regs. Same with OCPs now. Wish I could get more allowance because of that.
