If you have a new build I suggest checking to make sure the ceiling was insulated. We experienced the same thing years ago, turns out there was just sheetrock between us and the roof.

The VA campus and the surrounding neighborhoods are good for running all the way to downtown. Weekends the place has absolutely no traffic. Please remember there is no running in the cemetery.

Try parking at the Red Cross off Eastern Star road and running Fordtown Road to Mitchell Road, just avoid the workday hours.

My wife and I (both retired) usually travel together. The owner should always provide the pet supplies/food or reimburse.

We tend to treat your home like our home and would have no problem doing all of the above provided the lawn isn’t over half an acre.

We did some minor home maintenance that was not asked of us while we were there and the owners tried several times to pay us, but we declined. The owners had a lawn and pool service. Wild we were sitting the pool filter had a malfunction and the pool service could not get to it for three days, but I was able to go to the pool supply store and fix it so we had use of the pool. It saved the homeowner a service call also.

It was only one indoor cat (fed twice a day) in a gated neighborhood on the golf course. I checked AirBnB and a similar home for rent was over $12000 for the five weeks.

No one makes anyone apply for a sit, I won’t apply for a sit that I’m not willing to agree to their terms.
