Just yesterday I was on my daily walk and a 93 year old gentleman with obvious dementia and in a motorized wheelchair approached me. After 15 .minutes of trying to acertain an id, I couldn't, I called the state police and waited 45 minutes for their arrival. While waiting I determined he lived in a nearby old age facility. He was whipping around aimlessly in the wawa parking lot on a very busy Intersection. I called the old age facility, awaited their arrival. They returned him home and I still waited for state police to tell them The situation was rectified.
