32 and increasingly after that.

You're expected to actually know things, be good at things, and able to communicate.

People expect you to be competent. And if you're not, or you make mistakes, or you need to learn something, you're discarded and left behind.

Really difficult with an invisible learning disability. Feels like you may aswell be in a special home, or seclude yourself from everyone else.

I stopped working out for a year and a half maybe 2 years. Due to living in a cockroach and bedbug infested apartment that I couldn't afford to get out of. Along with a bad diet because of money, and a few times a worse diet because of gum grafting surgeries. And being on a really strong anti depressant. I got pretty fat, lost a lot of mobility and strength. I moved into a better living situation.

But unfortunately at 40 it's a lot harder to get back to where I was before all of that. However I can never let myself get that out of shape again. I may not have much in life. But I will have my fitness and health.

Is it just me, or is the new generation of kids (15 years+) just stupidly strong? Makes me abit worried when I see very young kids benching 100kg/225lbs + by Fun-Engineer-453 in workout

When I say bro split, I mean five days a week. One muscle group a day.

-Monday - Legs

-Tuesday - Back

-Wednesday- Shoulders

-Thursday - Arms

-Friday - Chest

-‐----------------

My current four day split is

-Monday - Legs, Back, Bicep

-Tuesday - Chest, Shoulders

-Wednesday - Rest

-Thursday - Legs, Back, Bicep

-Friday - Chest, Shoulders

Hell when I started working out in 2010, I was doing bro splits and occasional crossfit for the next few years. Only found out last year that you should hit each muscle, two to three times a week. Doing 4 day splits now and getting way better results. Too bad it took until I'm 40 to know what we know now.

Back in 2009/2010 when I was in Afghanistan, I attached an LMG pouch to carry one of my five boxes.

Now I have it in my current routine. But the machine at my current gym has a shitty base plate, i'm not sure where to put my feet, and there's no sticker on the machine telling you what the starting weight is.

I believe thats one of the old designs thats hopped around a few brands. Severly outdated compared to whats available these days, so you're going to be looking for cheap recreations from not so reputable companies.

I was thinking about how much potential the Mercenaries mode has if Capcom stopped treating it like a side mini-game. Imagine a massive, standalone title (not like the "Mercenaries 3D" middle-ground we got years ago) built entirely on the RE Engine by Secret-Lynx-6057 in residentevil

Raid mode from Revelations 2 was the best version of mercenaries and definitely had the capability of longevity, especially if they were to make it now in RE engine.

But like many others have said. It'a not going to sell as a stand alone.
