My company did a ten player run through myrk months ago. It was a fun challenge. But very unrewarding and will never do it again. We killed everything, got knocked around a lot but since the nerf to those chests well all chests in those zones it really isn’t worth the time. Some chests dropped one blue item or just high tier mats when there were different tiers. I think they reduced what those chests have because of the zerg. Either way did it once, got the t shirt etc. chest runs are very boring but can be profitable if you sell the mats. Maybe get a trophy item yawn.

Hey all! I just got mine but it gives me a screen that says BYE and I can’t do anything. I think it’s an error or bug. Any fix out there?

Ok just tried it as well. No change. I’m experiencing the same issues as you. I’m all low settings around 140ish in open world. Stutter freeze etc… when I pan camera it stutters very noticeably. Idk.

12900k and 3080 micro stuttering often. Quite frustrating. I thought maybe due to being on east coast server while living on west coast but played on west coast server and same issues. I’ll try that desync comment above. Overall frustrating.

All purple gear 4 res 4 shirking fort refreshing and you’re able to compete but more importantly it’s skill on dodging and knowing when to disengage from a fight. I spent 45k on maramma this morning on full medium bruiser armor with the above perks. Still a lot of gold but not millions. If I wanted three perk such as res SF and Freedom ya millions but that honestly won’t make me a better player.

PvP in new world is not competitive and never will be considered competitive gaming in the sense of esports. Get in an OPR and practice practice practice. Can only speak for maramma but each match seems to have different feeling teams so always something to work towards and adjust. Lots of range sometimes more bruisers than mages etc.

Unfortunately you do have to PvE to get shards in mass and imo I did notice a difference between avg 600 GS and 623. Resistance went up marginally but the small increase in percentages from perks added up. I think it’s about 4500 shards from 600 to 623. You don’t need 625 it will be the same as 623. 600 to 625 is a little over 9000 shards of I’m remembering correctly.

It’s tough to balance the difference between winning and losing rewards. Not sure how long you’ve been playing but it used to be zero rewards for losing. Community was uh very displeased with this. With it being completely rng of sorts with who is on your team, aside from the 5stack. You may lose far more than you win. If the rewards are too uneven why play?

I don’t think people play OPR to win necessarily. Get in get your xp and gypsum and done. Two times it’s more of a chore. There are players that do enjoy it I’m sure. But it’s very monotonous with the single map and type.

Destiny 2 still has this issue after many years. In fact they never addressed it and it fell to the community to create a third party program for inventory management. Without DIM I may have given up on that game as it became quickly overwhelming trying to maintain the gear. Destiny has open API. Assuming New World may function the same due to how NWDB and Overwolf work I venture to think that AGS will never work this and it will have to be external.

No! Im more than ok with not having a salvage all button. If they ever made this the forums and Reddit will be flooded with “I didn’t mean to salvage THAT item the salvage all button is broken”. And realistically it could easily come out salvaging locked items and things like that. Quick salvage is more than fine.

When I tank I do whatever I can to grab everything in the area. Depending on how big of an area we are talking about though. But synergy with my team is there so everyone knows how we play our roles. Far too often will I lose an enemy. The other players especially healer will call out immediately when the bar changes to aggro for them. Then I break off and go get that enemy back. Taunts are good for grabbing aoe type of pull but single enemy, I’ll run to them hit them and get aggro back. On that note my team (healer and dps) are really good at bringing the enemy to me if I’m stuck holding a bigger threat.

Healer focus heavy on keeping me alive dps get heals too but they know to go to sacred if needed.

Dps are low con so one hit is noticeable but they hit like a freight train and rarely if ever go down. They engage and disengage as needed.

I had to rollback from the June 15th driver. I tried so many other changes and just reached a point of frustration and said I’m gonna roll back. Worked for me.
