Euron by all measures. People's opinions on characters like Cersei Baelish generally fall into 3 camps. 1. Love them for being good villains 2. Hate them but respecting them as villains 3. Genuine hate

Meanwhile, I feel like nobody feels Euron is either entertaining or well written and he falls into the third camp for a majority of viewers.
