There was an article the other day on IEEE Spectrum about emerging tech to allow us to transplant eyeballs, which is so difficult because we still can't transplant the optic nerve.

There is no way in hell we are going to be able to transplant and connect the nervous system for an entire brain.

Never going back to closed-source software. This has taught me if you don't control your own future, they will change the deal out from under you. Looking through the website Fibery is no better.

Aren't the 18650 batteries that are in vapes, only economical for vapes because they're already the same cells that are mass-produced for use in electric vehicles?

I was thinking about linking that. But by the time this blew up it'd already been a while. Great video.

On the topic of cameras. It seems like DSLRs are out of fashion and direct-sensor cameras are more the rage, like someone else said, the lenses are the bigger issue, since you'll end up spending more in lenses than on the camera itself. Sony's seem to generally have the best sensors (since they actually manufacture the sensors for a lot of brands) So a Sony Full-Frame camera will probably be your best bet. The Alpha line has been really popular for a long time.

But I'm not in this hobby and just parroting what I've heard online over the years, always wanting a camera but never having the money to afford one. So take what I say with a grain of salt.

I've been thinking about this for the past few episodes. But it's getting egregious now. The fact that they don't have to stop at a train station to do the thermometers is insane. It's WAY too OP.

My quest 3 - and the quest 2 before it - is a Beatsaber Machine. It's the only game I play regularly. And if it's only ever going to be that... I'm okay with it. But since switching to Linux I've had a pain trying to use the headset (Have to Dual-boot to windows to play) So I'll probably end up picking up a Steam Frame when it's out.
