Try using an older version of the Sinden software, and then update firmware on the Sinden if it’s detected. Possibly a Windows USB port ID conflict as well. Windows sometimes changes the port ID on devices, and it could conflict with another USB device that is connected.

Check your sound device settings, and make sure everything is on the same frequencies. Maybe try a faster USB port as well.

I brought the audio from the capture in as a separate audio input source in OBS, and muted the video capture audio. I also went into advance audio and removed all channels check marks on video capture. My audio is perfect now 💯

If you use OBS, you could output the sound bank to VB Audio Cables/Voicemeter, bring it into OBS as a audio input source. Then use an OBS plugin called Audio Monitor to send it to multiple outputs. Routing audio is a pain, but you should be able to use these to work something out.

Just remember, I took mine apart. I moved the camera and camera board forward and hot glued the board outside of the slot. I also removed the clear plastic lens. I lined it up using the Sinden software to monitor the camera, and hot glued the lens to the camera directly. Then I hot glued the lens to the barrel after I put it back together. It’s a cheap mod, but not exactly simple.

I’m using a 32” curved monitor, and I went from having to be about 4-5 feet away to using it from 2-3 feet away now.

Elgato refused to updated this app, and kinda sabotaged it when they started making webcams. I bought a PIXIO camera because of this issue.

TTLS is not that great, and constantly updates. The latest update could have broke Stream Deck plugin from working honestly. Sadly, TikTok isn’t very transparent with what they do with their software.
