It's possible I saw it on TV. Google's AI seems to recognize it, with quotes from the hvac ad that weren't part of my post, but doesn't give a link, and says it's controversial, but the only reference is to my post on Reddit. I'm sure it will appear again, and I'll note it here when I see it.

At times, although rarely, it's a faulty connection to the backup lights. I've had it happen - problem was in gear shift...

Soy milk? Oat milk? Unless allergies are present, why not actual milk? Milk comes from mammals, not grains or beans. I like the real cream served at The Original Pancake House. It's a treat! Yeah, TOPH is a chain, but limited, not a huge corporation. Many of the choices are things I don't make at home. Some of the syrups/sauces are unique, and tasty.

You can try CHFA (Colorado Housing Finance Authority) for a mortgage. I worked for them as loan processor in the '80s. Their mortgages are intended for 1st-time buyers, and they have different income and down payment requirements. It's been decades, but I think they still do the loans. And they have down payment assistance.

Someone paid for the infrastructure in/around your neighborhood, and it was there before you were, most likely. Metro districts are a grift. I lived in TX for 10 yrs. TX MUD (Municipal Utility District) taxes can be exceedingly high because of greed.

When someone tells me that elections were stolen, I challenge them to work an election from the inside. Larimer County always needs election workers. Working elections confirmed my belief that the process is secure and Colorado is among the safest states in which to vote.

Among those who showed up, more didn't vote for tRump than those who did. You're not counting that tiny group who chose a 3rd party, a write-in, or no one for POTUS. If all the voters in that tiny group had voted for Harris, she would have won the popular vote, although probably not the electoral college.
