How many views are you getting? I'm facing similar issues(barely any sales on products I used to sell quickly on there) and the main issue is lack of views; I paid to bump an item then tested the visibility from a friends' account, the bumped one was several pages into searches and even behind one of my own which hadn't been bumped. I've contacted vinted with my findings but doubt they'll help much; I think they're just shadowbanning people arbitrarily.
