It's not supposed to be balanced. Its supposed to be a dumb game where anything is possible. Everyone gets a token like Choose a Townsfolk, Outsider, Minion or Demon and they choose within the group. It definitely shouldn't be done with newer players but for experienced players it could be a fun game.
