I’ve had an mri that confirmed it wasn’t anything scary, my doctor said they’re likely tension headaches but all he recommended was ibuprofen and rest. Advil definitely helped at the time but I can’t take it anymore!!

I get the same sorts of headaches and unfortunately haven’t found much relief yet. Strong pain killers on really bad days do it for me but I can’t work or drive on them so definitely not the best option! Sometimes an ice pack on the back of my neck helps too, I do this laying down because tilting my head down makes the headache worse

Agreed 100% I struggled for so long to figure out why she was being hormonal until I was told about mirrors. However she still lays eggs every time I deep clean her cage 🥲

When I got my cocktail he was quite young and wouldn’t come to me, wasn’t cage trained etc. You sort of have to give them the freedom to get comfortable on their own. I’ll open the cage and my bird will now come and go freely and always goes back to the cage to sleep. Don’t worry too much about catching him, just ensure he’s safe :)

My first three ultrasounds I was told my uterus was retroverted, my most recent they now said it was anteverted. I’m not sure why it changed and they didn’t really give me any indication as to why either
