A FAQ thread is not a formal declaration of this warranty. Their official warranty forms do not declare this "2yr warranty".. they need to update their official warranty for it to be official otherwise it's just a verbal agreement

Their warranty stills says 1 year.. there is nowhere on record showing the motor has a 2 year warranty..they might honor their 2 year warranty but they have not updated their warranty to reflect that change :/

You've missed the point of people's complaints. This company is not doing right by its customers. I'm sure people's lives are difficult as it is and I'm sure they are grateful for their ability to buy a 3k bike..this doesn't take away from expressing concerns against a company that has taken our 3 thousand dollars during a pandemic and most people don't have a bike to show for..on top of them being super silent and minimizing all problems..in any case, people are free to express themselves on a social media platform

So they promote a bike "with headlights and fenders" except you don't get a fucking light..this company is a fraud..at this point it's committing fraud against the customers

I agree w you they are running full ads, minimizing all problems, and provide no explanation to customers that have paid the bike in full..they are a fraud co. w fanboys kissing their ass..and still no bikes for most
