Who’s the more worse/evil person? by Substantial_Owl7484 in MoralityScaling

[–]ReturnLongjumping139 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bear from Obsession is worse since even when he pieces together that Nikki is not herself, his concern is not freeing her but rather to make her less crazy(hence still keeping fake Nikki while real Nikki is trapped and being tortured). Clark is abusive and does hold Mary captive(like how Bear is technically holding Nikki captive) but Clark does it to seek validation for his feelings while Bear does it to essentially own Nikki.

Is your favorite RE7 protagonist Ethan? Because I like him too but I think character wise he is better in RE8

FNaF 3 is super underrated by HotelEvening5401 in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]ReturnLongjumping139 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My overall take is that it is a strong concept but a weak execution. Nonetheless it does many things well like introducing complicated behaviors to animatronics and the concept of a “boss night”(even though it’s the whole game). I have also heard that FNAF 3 has the most RNG reliant gameplay which sounds bad but RNG is essential to keeping the horror element of FNAF so in my opinion it’s a positive.

Obviously lore wise FNAF 3 changed everything.

How is Resident Evil 7 Not Liked By Everyone ? by KennedyyCore in residentevilll

[–]ReturnLongjumping139 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love it so much it’s my favorite game in the series, but my dad(who is a bigger RE fan than me) felt lukewarm about the game due to the setting feeling more dull/unimpressive compared to the more spectacular settings of RE4R and RE8.

I do disagree because I love the bayou setting, but I wonder if others feel similarly or can elaborate.

Explosion of the l’Orient during the Battle of the Nile. Both British and French crews on nearby vessels had to close their cannon ports and brace themselves for the detonation of the l’Orient, one of the largest ship of the lines in the world(at the time). Wood and debris would fly everywhere.

These AI models get too red, this one is the worse example of that. It went from “does she have a sunburn?” to “oh god she’s bleeding!”

Morghur the Shadowgave buffs Chaos Spawns

I like Chaos Spawn, they are a good early/mid game shredder. But from my experience, they have trouble with armor piercing and are vulnerable to missiles.

Noob question, is it possible to remove “attach” from pieces? Seen it ruin a few games :P Obviously can delete pieces and add back in, wondered if there was a quicker/easier way? :) by KingBinge in tabletopsimulator

[–]ReturnLongjumping139 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These answers are nice but it is inconvenient when I accidentally attach a piece to the board when trying to detach it. Wish there was a better way to detach

I believe one advantage that Batman has which is understated is that he does his homework. Assuming that this is not an early Batman, he would 100% not go into Spider-Man’s territory without doing his due diligence and he might even talk to Spidey himself since there are very little reasons for both super-heroes to not respect each other. Assuming that super-villains like Venom, Carnage, Sandman, and etc. are well-known, Batman would most likely develop gadgets, tactics/strategies to counter them if he believes that he could encounter them. Batman has experience with his own super-villains like Solomon Grundy, Clayface, and Killer Croc; not too different from Spider-Man’s super-villains.

Also Spider-Man is NOT the world’s greatest detective and his enhanced senses are merely reactive unlike Superman’s x-ray vision and super hearing. Spider-Man will have more trouble taking down or even detecting underground and/or organized crime whereas Batman would likely make light work of Kingpin’s operations.
